YOGA IS FOR EVERY BODY.

Welcome! I’m Kathy, a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and the owner of A.J.S. Yoga & Wellness. In addition to my 200 hour certification, I've completed 60+ hours of Yoga for All and Accessible Yoga training.  I've had the pleasure of speaking to collegiate nursing students on the topic of yoga and mindfulness and have been honored to share yoga with Head Start families.
I absolutely LOVE sharing the gift of yoga with those who are seeking nourishment for the mind and the body, regardless of age, size or ability. As you can probably tell, bringing yoga to special populations is my passion!
The truth is, there are many ways to reap the benefits of yoga and I hope you’ll allow me to share them with you.
